And others and the service can be used through an Internet connection through a dedicated application or without an Internet connection, and the service can be used via the USSD communication protocol for SabaFon numbers only.
Saba Cash subscriber does not need to use cash or credit cards to complete payments/purchases or transfers. As your phone number is your online account number through which you can pay for purchases and transfers
